Below are some of our more common questions we receive

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No. We do not offer 24/7 support. Our company hours are 9am – 5pm.

How do you set up my site?

After you have selected and purchased your support plan, you can fill out a Customer Intake Form so we can collect some details about your site. This helps us connect to your site in order to install our services offered (i.e., security monitoring, backups, and plugins). Our staff keeps these credentials private and will never share these details with anyone not associated with wpgoby.

How many sites can I have on a plan?

Each plan covers 1 website. If you would like us to cover more than 1 website, you can purchase multiple plans. So for example, if you have 3 websites – you would purchase 3 plans for us to cover them all.

Can you fix my hacked website?

If you are on one of our plans, we will clean your site free of charge. If you are not, we will charge a $65 fee to clean your site and secure your site from a future hack using current best security practices.

Do you offer phone support?

We currently make use of email as our primary mode of communication. You can use our contact form.

Can you install a theme for me?

Yes, we do offer a theme installation service. If you are on one of our plans, we are happy to help you out. If you are not, you can either sign up for one of our plans or make use of our theme installation service.

Do you support multisite?

Yes, we do support multisite.

Do you support staging sites?

We do support staging sites however the updates we perform on our plans are done on the production sites. We do include staging site updates on the Premium plan.

Does wpgoby offer SEO services?

We do make recommendations for excellent WordPress plugins that will greatly improve your SEO – including training you on how to use them, most effectively.  We are not an SEO consultancy shop, however – but can point you in the direction for some fabulous SEO consultants we’ve worked  closely with, for us and our clients.

Can you restore a backup of the site?

Provided that the backup is available, yes. While we’re happy to restore a site at no charge for any customer, continued usage of this feature may consume monthly development time (if available in your account), and/or incur additional fees. wpgoby will notify you prior to charging anything to your account.
