Do you support staging sites?
We do support staging sites however the updates we perform on our plans are done on the production sites. We do include staging site updates on the Premium plan.
Do you support multisite?
Yes, we do support multisite.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
We offer 24/7 scanning of your site but our office hours are regular 9am – 5pm.

Can you help with a hacked site?
If you are on one of our plans, we will clean your site free of charge. If you are not, we will charge a $65 fee to clean your site and secure your site from a future hack using current best security practices.
How do we contact you?
We currently make use of email as our primary mode of communication. You can use our contact form.
Can you install a theme for me?
Yes, we do offer a theme installation service. If you are on one of our plans, we are happy to help you out. If you are not, you can either sign up for one of our plans or make use of our theme installation service.
